Having experienced the daily benefits of mindfulness and positive psychology for over twelve years, Eilís had a desire to teach and pass these skills on to other people.

 

Eilís is a believer in the sacred lineage of the practice she teaches yoga with passion, creativity and warmth from the heart. 

 

To broaden her learning and understanding of mental health and well-being, Eilís is studying a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy …

Eilís Wall

Eilís is a qualified Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator and a Yoga Instructor, and she is currently studying for a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Eilís believes in integrating mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

She has worked in the corporate sector all her life and understands the impact stress, anxiety, and a sedentary way of life have on our health, lifestyle and well-being. 

Her own mindfulness journey started over twelve years ago, initially due to chronic sleepwalking caused by stress and worry in her life. Over the years, mindfulness and meditation have become a daily practice, allowing her to lead a calmer, happier and more fulfilling life. 

Her love of yoga started over fifteen years ago due to surgery on her right hip. Her physiotherapist recommended yoga to help her with mobility after the surgery. While it aided with her recovery, yoga also benefited her greatly from the stress and anxiety of life. Gradually over time, her yoga practice became more about the mind, body and spirit. 

Eilís is studying for a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI College/Middlesex University London to broaden her learning and understanding of mental health and well-being. Eilís is currently seeing clients as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor in training, and she will be fully qualified in 2024.
