Created by Eilís Wall and Silvia Alex, this 3.5-hour workshop blends the grounding practices of yoga with the healing power of nutrition. Together, they’ve crafted a gentle, seasonal journey designed to restore balance, soothe stress, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

🧘 With Eilís: You’ll move through mindful yoga, grounding breathwork, and deep relaxation practices that calm the nervous system and bring emotional ease.
🥗 With Silvia: You’ll discover the intimate link between stress and gut health, gaining practical tools and simple food wisdom to support digestion and resilience.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, craving gentle movement, or curious about how your gut and mind connect, this workshop welcomes you. No prior yoga or nutrition knowledge is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.

Car parking: Ample free car parking

Set up: Yoga practices will be on the mat. Nutrition demonstrations will be standing or seated

What to bring: Yoga mat, notebook/paper and pen.
