About Me
Eilís is a Workplace Wellness Facilitator and Speaker specialising in employee wellbeing, stress management and resilience. She is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), positive psychology, breathwork and movement, Eilís delivers practical and engaging wellbeing workshops tailored to modern workplaces.

Workshops & Course Options
Eilís facilitates tailored workplace wellbeing workshops and courses for organisations across Ireland and online. Sessions can be delivered as:
One-hour workshops
90-minute sessions
Half-day or full-day programmes
Monthly wellbeing sessions
Ongoing wellbeing programmes
Organisations can also access supporting wellbeing resources for three, six or twelve months following workshops. Each programme is customised to meet the unique needs and goals of your team and workplace.
