I am excited to be back on the mat, facilitating Yoga Classes at The Yoga Studio in Ballinrobe Physiotherapy Clinic on Tuesday, 4th November, for seven weeks.

I look forward to guiding you through yoga postures that incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, while connecting with the moon cycles and astrological energies.
Pre-booking is essential; spaces are limited.
GENTLE BEGINNERS YOGA
From: Tuesday 4th November ~ 7:15 - 8:15pm for seven weeks
Investment: €70.00 - Prepay
These classes are 60 minutes long and are ideal for anyone new to yoga, relatively new to the practice, or looking for a slower-paced class. The yoga classes will offer smooth movement at a gentle pace with low impact and modifications to suit your needs.
VINYASA FLOW
From: Tuesday 4th November ~ 8:30 - 9:30pm for seven weeks
Investment: €70.00 - Prepay
This flowing yoga class suits those who have practised yoga before and are experienced students. These fluid-moving classes will combine poses in sequences that link breath to movement.
You will need to bring your own mat and a blanket if desired for relaxation. Props are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothes which you can move around easily. Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class, and please ensure you are hydrated before class.
