Well-being Workshop Details:

📅 Start Date: Thursday, 26th February
Time: 6:30 - 7:30pm
📆 Duration: Six weeks

I appreciate how busy our lives can get. I am delighted to offer options and rates for attending 1, 3, or 6 workshops.

Each week, we’ll explore a specific topic to help you build sustainable well-being practices:

🔹 Week 1 - Mindfulness: Understanding mindfulness and establishing a dedicated practice
🔹 Week 2 - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Recognising and challenging negative thought patterns
🔹 Week 3 - Stress Management: Understanding and managing stress and anxiety
🔹 Week 4 - Worry: Techniques to combat excessive worrying
🔹 Week 5 - Sleep & Self-Care: Enhancing sleep quality and incorporating self-care into daily life
🔹 Week 6 - Low Mood: Strategies to uplift your mood and cultivate positivity

Each session includes Chair Yoga, Breathing Exercises, Mindfulness, or Relaxation Techniques to help you embody these practices.

After the workshops, you will receive access to resources, breathing, mindfulness or relaxation techniques, and guided meditations.

Pre-booking is essential. Spaces are limited.

Preferred Rates

If you have attended previous Mindfulness/Well-being Courses or Yoga Classes on the mat/chair or are Young at Heart (senior citizens) or a Student, the following preferred rates are available:

€60.00 - six workshops

€36.00 - three workshops

€15.00 - one workshop

After the workshops, you will receive access to resources, breathing, mindfulness or relaxation techniques, and guided meditations.

Pre-booking is essential. Spaces are limited.

For those out of work, a number of complimentary spaces are available. Send me a message with your details.

Car parking: Ample free car parking

Set up: You will be seated in a chair; please bring a cushion if needed.

What to bring: Notebook/paper and pen.
