A Mind-Body Approach to Healing

Using an integrative, embodied approach. My work combines traditional psychotherapy and counselling with mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and embodied approaches to emotional healing.

My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your challenges and navigate life’s difficulties.

Training and Areas of Interest

I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University, London, in partnership with PCI College. This included an advanced module training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on the third wave of CBT, particularly Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

In 2025, I furthered my studies into the treatment of trauma with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. The level 1 training: treatment of trauma is a body-oriented method that integrates physical, emotional and cognitive aspects of experience, within a framework supported by neuroscience, theories of attachment and dissociation.

I have completed various Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and am committed to continuous personal and professional growth. These include Trauma Recovery, An Embodied Approach to Trauma, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills, Gender, Sexuality, Relationship & Diversity (GSRD), Writing Therapy, and Decider Skills—a program designed to help children and young people manage their emotions and mental health.

I am also a certified Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator and a Yoga Instructor. My personal practices in mindfulness and embodiment inform my therapeutic work, creating a space of presence and connection for every client.

“You may benefit from therapy if you are…”

  • Struggling with self-esteem or self-criticism

  • Processing grief, trauma, or major life changes

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or others

  • Constantly “holding it together” for everyone else

  • Seeking a calmer, more grounded way of living
