Start your day with purpose and energy through a Yogalates Class at The Yoga Studio in Ballinrobe Physiotherapy Clinic for six weeks beginning Wednesday, 7th January.

Practising in the morning helps awaken your body, improve flexibility, and build lean muscle while calming the mind before the day begins. Yogalates empowers you to feel strong, refreshed, and motivated—inside and out.

YOGALATES

From: Wednesday 8th January ~ 6:30 - 7:45am for six weeks

Investment: Prepay - €60.00

This 45-minute flowing yoga class is suitable for those who have practised yoga or pilates before. These fluid-moving classes will combine a sequence of yoga and pilates poses.

Options and modifications will be provided, allowing you to move at your own pace and challenge yourself just as much as feels good to you in each moment.

Please wear comfortable clothes which you can move around in easily. Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class, and please ensure you are hydrated before class.
